Having assisted buyers in securing financing for over 70 transactions in the past few years, the Yu Bijlani Hospitality team has developed strong relationships with a wide variety of lenders. This enables us to underwrite listings to ensure that we can provide financing options to buyers, even in the current challenging marketplace.
All our business development specialists specialize by geography and Jessica Forsdick and Kenneth Ho specialize in the escrow process and financial underwriting respectively. This means that buyers and sellers have support all through the selling process, which is automated to as large an extent as possible.
