Eric Guerrero specializes in hospitality properties in Southeast Texas region.

Eric joined Marcus & Millichap in 2007 as a financial analyst, where he performed detailed underwriting analysis on over 150 hospitality properties in Texas, as well as working with buyers to secure financing for acquisitions. During this time, he worked directly with Lenders in order to ensure a smooth financing approval/closing process and has developed good relationships with multiple financial institutions. This experience enabled him to get an in depth understanding of how hospitality businesses operate and are valued, from both a Buyer and Seller prospective.

In 2009, he transitioned into an investment sales role in Marcus & Millichap joining the Yu/Bijlani Hospitality team and since then he has personally been involved with close of over $16M in hospitality properties in Texas. With a high level of activity and commitment to business development, Eric has quickly developed into one of the leading hospitality agents currently ranked as the #5 National Hospitality Group agent at Marcus & Millichap nationwide. Together with joining Yu/Bijlani Hospitality, they are currently the most active hospitality brokers in the State of Texas. Eric’s high level of activity in the marketplace and transaction experience allows his clients to benefit from a high quality of hospitality investment advice and services in all market conditions.

Eric graduated from The University of Houston with a BA in Accounting, and worked in the accounting industry prior to joining Marcus & Millichap.
